WARNING: Some companies and individuals offering to sell DuraFon products, and even claiming to be an "Authorized Reseller," are not trained or certified by EnGenius. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers do not have a factory-backed warranty, and any service needed will require a minimum $199 fee per item, plus repair costs. Products determined to be counterfeit or stolen will not be repaired and will be turned over to authorities for investigation and prosecution.
